2026 Ring & Property Rules
šĀ Parking:Ā Never drive behind the barnā¦ Some areas back there hold water; you will get stuck. If the gate is open, park along the ringside. If closed, please park near the dumpster and walk behind the barn and enter the agility rings through the large gate. Remember to secure gate with the bungee cord.
Ā Ā Ā Please drive in slowly, 2.5 mile an hour!!!ā¦Ā even if you are late. There are dogs, people, sheep, catsĀ
š©Ā Poop & Peeā¦Ā Pick up after your dog. If in the ring, Ā sprinkle the area with bleach water located ringside in green watering cans. For your relieving needs, Port-a-potties are behind the barn. Use the one on the right
š§ļøĀ Weather: if it should rain, sleet, or snow at your house, that doesnāt mean itās doing it here. Please call if in doubt and we will send out cancelation texts if possible.
š§āš«Ā Make-up Lessons: If you must miss a class, we offer private lessons @ $50 per hour or $35.00 Ā½ hour. Two people can share a lesson for $35 for 1 hour. If I must cancel class due to weather, etc., I will set an alternate date.
šĀ Practice often:Ā Ā Call or text before you come to use the rings and again when you leave [be sure I have answered your text before heading this way].
āĀ Coming to practice:Ā Share the rings, rotate, always text/call ahead to be sure rings are available and Ā again when you are done, so I know you have left the property. If I do not reply or answer a text, it means I didnāt hear it ping. Try again or call me
šĀ Jump Bars:Ā return to 4ā or 8ā when done
Moving Equipment:Ā DO NOT!
Gates:Ā Ā If you open a gate, close it. Be sure to reattach bungies on any gate that has one
Port-A-Potty:Ā behind the barn; use one on the right
šĀ Insurance: We are fully insured with dog club insurance; however, it does not cover your dog or meā¦ so please follow the rules. If you havenāt learned an obstacle in class, please donāt do it.
š Ā Clubhouse:Ā Youāre welcome to use the fridge to grab a water or a snack. If you do, please replace it.
š¦Ā Water:Ā A hose is located by the back agility ring fence. You are welcome to all the water you or your dog needs; it is well water and not filteredā¦ You can fill up the baby pool to help cool off your dog, but please empty before leaving the property. There is filtered water in the clubhouse under the table for your dog if you forgot to bring some from home
š” Ring lights:Ā Iāll be happy to turn the lights on so you can come out in the evenings. If you want to come out super early, Iāll show you how to turn them onā¦ Be sure to turn them off before leaving
šĀ Sheep:Ā if front gate is closed, look down the driveway ā¦ IIf you see sheep, call me and I will help you in. If you do not see sheep, open gate, drive through then close the gate behind youā¦ Do the same thing on way out
